Using Android's unique notification bar, it is very easy to switch back and forth between this app and other apps. For example, after setting the timer, you can press the "BACK" key to hide it and later on use the notification bar to bring it back. This app is designed for battery life, it will NEVER hug your CPU or will not interrupt the "deep sleep" mode thus consumes very tiny battery especially after the user switch it to the background. The GPS will automatically shut down as soon as your location has been found or it gives up due to weak signal.
